Question 1: What is detailing?
Auto detailing is a thorough, professional cleaning and restoration of your vehicle — both inside and out. Unlike a basic car wash that only handles surface dirt, detailing goes much deeper. We clean every surface, crack and crevice of your vehicle while restoring and protecting your asset. The result is a vehicle that doesn't just look clean — it looks and feels brand new.
Question 2: How long does a detailing service take?
Service times vary depending on the package you choose and the condition of your vehicle. As a general guide, an interior or exterior detail typically takes between 2 to 3 hours, while a full detail can take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. Ceramic coatings require the most time and can take a full day depending on the prep work needed. We never rush — we take the time your vehicle deserves to make sure every detail is done right.
Question 3: How do I become a member?
Becoming a Turbo Touch member is simple — but we do things a little differently than most. Before enrolling in one of our monthly membership plans, we require a one time full detail service first. This allows us to bring your vehicle up to our standard so that every future membership visit maintains that same level of quality. Once your initial detail is complete you'll be invited to choose the membership plan that best fits your needs and schedule. It's our way of making sure every member vehicle gets the care and consistency it deserves from day one.
Question 4: What type of payments do you accept?
We make payment as easy as possible. Turbo Touch Detail accepts cash, card and check — whichever is most convenient for you. Payment is collected upon completion of your service so you can see the results before you pay
